Chiggai holds a Master's in Business Administration, Strategy, Finance and Corporate Governance (MBA), a Post Graduate Diploma in Law from the Kenya School of Law and a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from the University of Nairobi. She is also an associate member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (ACiArb), member of the International Bar Association, the Law Society of Kenya (LSK), and the Judiciary Mediation and Accreditation Committee. She is a certified mediator and serves as a Member of the Mediation and Accreditation Committee of the Supreme Court (MAC).
She previously served as Vice President of the LSK from 2018-2020, an LSK Council Member, and the Deputy Secretary General of the East Africa Law Society. She served as a Board member at Kibabii University and in the pioneer Board of Nairobi County Youth Board as a legal advisor. In addition, she is a member of the Youth Committee, National Chamber of Commerce.
Chiggai offers invaluable work experience spanning a period of over 13 years in banking and finance, corporate law, good governance, mediation, tax law as a practitioner, consultant and trainer.
Chiggai has won various accolades over the years including the Phenomenal African Woman Award in 2015 from PAW Africa for her leadership and mentorship prowess. She oversees all firm operations and is geared towards scaling growth of the firm.
